It's Time.

It's time for me to say goodbye to this safe haven of high school and say hello to the real world.

Honest to goodness I felt like it was just yesterday that I was at freshman orientation.. Now I'm graduating. Tonight. I still can't believe that it's already here. I've wished for this day to come everyday since 9th grade, and not that it's finally here I wish I could have had more time.

It's bittersweet. I feel like I am going to cry tonight, I've grown so close to most of the people in my class and it will be hard to see them all go. We're all going our separate ways, starting new chapters in our lives and that's exciting!

I'm on the virge of just packing up and leaving for Africa, but I'll wait a couple of years ;]. For some reason just the fact that I'm graduating high school makes my dream all the more real. Maybe because I'll actually be attending college and starting on this dream of mine.

I am growing up! I'm a legal adult, but I'll forever be a kid.
Even when I'm 102.
