I'm finally in college! It actually didn't hit me until this morning. I thought maybe I would realize it once my parents left, or when I went to bed. No, not until this morning when I woke up and got ready for my first activity of the day. It's a good feeling. I'm here to figure things out, to live, to learn responsibility.

I am aboslutely in love with the environment here. My Cor 101 class is "Discovering God in Other Cultures" and basically its a class focused on missions. I loved every minute of it, and that was just orientation. We played would you rather in class and that was amazing because usually I play that a lot with that girls back home :]. One that made me feel at home was:
"Would you rather... poop a softball, or pee a marble"
Ha!

Word is going around that the staff is saying that we are the funnest class to come through in a long time. If you had been at the chapel last night when we had residence hall wars, you would know. Burritt won of course :].
Also last night at the chapel the dean of students stood up and gave us the big 4 rules:
1. Don't smoke
2. Don't drink.
3. Don't cuss
4. Don't have sex.
After saying the fourth rule he said, Gentleman- These ladies over here are not objects. Every guy on the football team stood up and clapped, which then triggered the rest of the guys. It was so wonderful.

I'm in the right place. I'm in a christian institution and I love it. I love being able to hear the professor talk about what Christ wants from us and nobody being offended. I love praying before class with the rest of the class.
Greenville is a wonderful home.

Also! My roomie is really cool, we get along great :]
